Nitro Mors paint stripper, about a fiver for a big tin from Tesco!
Dropped 'em in and 30 seconds later all the paint just slid off! Amazing stuff!
Not sure what it would do to plastics but metal its just fine.

thanks bolo. its ok on metal but you need to be very careful on plastics. u tryed it n i got some wierd results, makes re posing easy tho as the minis get very soft n bendy, they go rather brital tho when washed n dryed
